RFA & RVT Geometry Exchange Add-on for ARCHICAD Updated!

Link

BIM6x is happy to announce that the popular RFA & RVT Geometry Exchange Add-on for ARCHICAD has been updated!

The free RFA & RVT Geometry Exchange add-on enables ARCHICAD users to import RFA (Revit™ Families) into their ARCHICAD project as objects, including doors and windows.  It also enables the geometry exchange between Revit™ and ARCHICAD.

There is an updated version for ARCHICAD 21 and a new add-on for ARCHICAD 22. And they are still free! There has been a number of bug fixes (as listed on our FAQ page), but the key new features are:

1. Revit 2018 RVT and RFA files can now be converted.

2. Editable settings of objects converted from RFA:

- Stretchable main sizes

- Customizable 2D representation

3. RVT files can now be viewed on the BIM 360 Team or Autodesk Viewers.

"We have been using ARCHICAD at BMA LLC for over 15 years and have been super satisfied with the software! The integration of Architecture and Engineering into a complete BIM model helps us from the creative prelims through the Construction Documents combining with all the disciplines. We seem to be modeling more and more and that has helped us with the overall design, details and documentation. The power of ARCHICAD is the seamless process of Design Development, Client Interaction, Documenting Working Drawings, and Construction Understanding and Visualization - the complete package!"
