Remove Detail and Worksheet Boundaries

Ken

When you create a new Detail Drawing or Worksheet – you will often see a dashed line boundary appearing.  This shows the zone that was initially highlighted in the creation of the document… and the first thing most people do is delete it!  However, the next time you rebuild the view, it will come back, and keep coming back!

To prevent this, you can uncheck the option in the Work Environment that will prevent the boundary being created in the first place.  To deactivate this option, go to Options> Work Environment> More Options:

"The BIM test drive I attended magnified the speed and ease of developing a model using the BIM6x template, and illustrated the potential for improved coordination of the entire design/build team."

"BIM6x are leaders in the field of 3D modeling. Most importantly, they have a real world understanding of the creative workflow needs of today’s building professionals. Having worked with the BIM6x team for 15+ years, they have provided invaluable support in the process of implementing and maintaining ARCHICAD as the digital language in the integrated production of our work."
