Time to Check for Updates...

Ken

It has been some time since ARCHICAD 20 was released - and like previous versions, from time to time, GRAPHISOFT release updates.  These updates perform maintenance on your installation and apply fixes for issues.

Updates are particuraly important right now as Apple has recently released their new Operating System macOS 10.12 Sierra

To Check for Updates - launch ARCHICAD and go to Help > Check for Updates...

Is your ARCHICAD up to date?

Ken

You will often hear ‘is your ARCHICAD up to date’ mentioned in support circles – but what does it mean?

When you first install ARCHICAD it will be a specific version and build.  For example, the current version of ARCHICAD 19 is build 5005.  If you want to check your Version and Build, check this recent article on our blog:  https://bim6x.com/blog/find-your-archicad-version-and-build

"We use ARCHICAD exclusively in our office for all phases of design. We have developed a template over the last several years that saves us time on every project. We are also very pleased with the graphical output, using the software to produce project maps, construction documents, 3D details and photo real renderings that update automatically as the design evolves. Our clients are impressed with our ability to study various options on the fly using ARCHICAD."

"We have been using ARCHICAD at BMA LLC for over 15 years and have been super satisfied with the software! The integration of Architecture and Engineering into a complete BIM model helps us from the creative prelims through the Construction Documents combining with all the disciplines. We seem to be modeling more and more and that has helped us with the overall design, details and documentation. The power of ARCHICAD is the seamless process of Design Development, Client Interaction, Documenting Working Drawings, and Construction Understanding and Visualization - the complete package!"
